Maria’s Gratitude Rocks are individually hand-painted by Maria herself.   Each rock is unique in shape and color and no two are alike.  She hand picks each rock in nature in her home town of Eugene, Oregon.   Then she paints on the rock in Calligraphy the word that you request.   Each rock is then glazed to give it a shine and protect it from the outdoor elements.

When purchasing Maria’s Gratitude Rocks for yourself or as gifts for
friends and family, please keep in mind the following:

The shape and color of the rock you receive is going to be slightly different from what you see on this webpage since no two rocks are alike. They come from nature, which gives each gratitude rock order a unique appeal. Only the Gratitude Rocks are being sold on this site – all other items such as candles, baskets, and the Buddha are to show you how the gratitude rocks can be displayed.   If you would like a customized arrangement with other items, you will have to contact Maria directly. There are three different sizes that you can order for the gratitude rocks:  1) Small (pocket size or for home displays – approximately 1-3 inches in width), 2) Medium (for garden or outdoor displays – approximately 3.5 – 6 inches in width) and 3) Large (anything greater than 6 inches wide) – which would be a special order request and require you to contact Maria Lesetz directly. The color used to paint the word will be decided by the artist, Maria Lesetz, unless otherwise requested via e-mail or phone.  Some rocks look better with yellow, others with black, violet or another color, depending on the color and smoothness of the rock. When you choose a word for the rock, the size of the word has to be a good match to the size of the rock.   Keep the words you are requesting for your rock “PC” – remember, these are supposed to be words that inspire you and make you smile.
